before the event is essential to
your being satisfied with your Dj's Service. That meeting will
give you the opportunity to
make clear how you wish for the
event to unfold-in other words,
what you and your guests would

you the opportunity to make your song choices and your
guests' song preferences known.
Meeting the Dj beforehand
allows the DJ enough time to
purchase music, if they do not
have what you've requested.

to get them the music you and
your guests would enjoy, if you
have it on CD, and are willing to
let them use it.
2. Pay Attention to your DJ's
personality. Are they open to
requests? If not, move on.
A good Dj will know how to read
their audience. Their set should
flex with the crowd and satisfy
what you desire to hear. After all,
you are hiring a professional.
Therefore, a good DJ will be
completely open to you and your
guests' music requests. If they
show resistance in playing what
you've requested, then you
should move on and interview
another DJ.
